- An MDT service that Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust provides for the whole of Kent and Medway, working across primary, secondary and tertiary care.
- Specialist paediatric dietetics is an integral part of the CEW MDT as defined by NHS England, covering conditions such as impaired glucose tolerance, dyslipidaemia and fatty liver.

Developments
In May 2026 the Trust reported that 122 children were in treatment at its CEW clinic and 153 had completed treatment since 2022. The clinic primarily treats teenagers but has seen children as young as three. These are figures for the service as a whole.
